Biography
Kia Vaioleti is an Operations Project Manager based out of the KE/ADL office in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her core process responsibilities include new project processing and distribution, and team capacity management. Kia spends her time developing client relationships, coordinating partners and sub-contractors, developing and executing proposals/contracts alongside our technical team, and helping experts set and hit deadlines. Kia is a key player on the KE/ADL business development team. She has the ability to understand client needs and work with experts to deliver a successful outcome for the client, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction.
Growing up in a tight-knit community on the North Shore of Oahu, Kia has always understood the value and importance of treating everyone like family. During her free time, she can be found fulfilling her dog mom duties with ‘Tank’, practicing yoga as a dedicated Yogi, or eating sweets as Chocolate Connoisseur.
