Delivering Cutting-Edge Technologies and Expertise
At Kent, we offer a comprehensive suite of NDT services tailored to meet the unique needs of various industries. Our range of techniques includes:
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Utilizing high-frequency sound waves, UT enables the detection of internal flaws, thickness measurement, and material characterization in a variety of materials such as metals, composites, and plastics.
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): MT is highly effective for detecting surface and subsurface defects in ferromagnetic materials through the application of magnetic fields and particle suspensions.
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT): PT is ideal for identifying surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials by employing capillary action to draw penetrant into discontinuities.
- Radiographic Testing (RT): RT employs X-rays or gamma rays to inspect the internal structure of components, offering insights into defects and material density variations.
- Visual Testing (VT): VT is the most important of the testing services and is typically performed in conjunction with the other NDT methods.
As a leading provider of NDT solutions, Kent is dedicated to offering advanced, safe, and cost-effective inspection services across various industries. Trust us to enhance your quality, safety, and productivity while optimizing your operational efficiency. Our experts are available to discuss your NDT requirements and explore how our expertise can benefit your organization.
