Biography
Rudy has over 25 years of Architecture, Construction, and Building Enclosure design experience. He is NCARB certified, and a licensed Architect in Washington, Hawaii, Oregon, and California. Rudy has a bachelor’s of Architecture from University of California- Berkley as well as his Masters of Architecture from the University of Washington.
Rudy’s experience as an Architect and Building Enclosure Consultant includes all phases of: Commercial, Corporate, Medical, High-Rise Remediation, Mixed-Use, Residential Single and Multi-Family, Senior and Low-Income Housing projects. Rudy designs full building projects, provides peer review and design documents for a variety of Clients. Rudy provides consistent value on a project’s design direction and management.
When Rudy is not working you can find him on the water, on the slopes or engaged in a competitive game of ping pong, pickleball or soccer.
